This track starts off as a tease, with just Todd's a cappella track playing, slightly being tricked out with filters. Then someone lights the fuse which burns until the firework explodes, showering down a dance floor inferno. It's glorious. My only gripe, the track is a little too short. Hear it for yourself below! The dark and synthful punk outfit The Faint are back with a new LP of dance filled fun. Fasciinatiion is due out August 5th on the band's very own Blank.wav imprint. Badical Beats just happened to get their paws on the single "The Geeks Were Right" which you can grab below. The Faint kick off their international tour (dates can be seen at their myspace) in support of Fasciinatiion on July 27th. Only a geek would sleep on this!
